Professional Experience:
Jessica McLain, M.Ed., is an experienced educator, speaker, and mindfulness advocate with over 20 years of expertise in education, youth development, social-emotional learning (SEL), and professional development. Rooted in equity and well-being, Jessica founded Cultivating Mindfulness to provide accessible, research-informed tools for self-reflection, emotional regulation, and intentional living.
Her mission is to empower and inspire individuals of all ages to live authentically, foster inner peace, and create meaningful change.
